The Museum has received all kinds of donations over the years that relate to aviation. Most things you would expect to find in a flight centric museum. However, our curatorial collection contains strange, bizarre and random items that leave even us scratching our heads. Please enjoy this online exhibit that highlights some of the more unusual items from our object collection.
Ships in a bottle are popular, but tiny airplanes are much more rare. This model of a DeHavilland DH-4 mail plane appears to have been made to honor the 50th Anniversary of Air Mail.
