The San Diego Air & Space Museum (SDASM) seeks an energetic and detail-oriented individual with strong organization and communication skills for the position of Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. This is a high-profile position requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
The Banquet and Bar Assistant will ensure event guests have an exceptional experience at the San Diego Air & Space Museum through collaboration with Event staff and attention to detail in the set-up and maintenance of the event space. The Banquet and Bar Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, event set-up and tear down; Pavilion maintenance; equipment maintenance; security; and bar set-up, tear down and inventory. The Banquet and Bar Assistant must possess excellent communication skills; be personable, professional, flexible; and work well in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service to internal and external customers is required.
Lead the Museum’s donor relations program and fundraising initiatives, working in partnership with the President/CEO. Responsible for developing and executing fundraising campaigns and communicating with current and prospective donors. Manage personal and corporate gifts as well as planned and annual giving campaigns. Lead grant research, writing and reporting while working with department heads to identify Museum’s future requirements. Supervisor to Development Assistant.
A Facilities Technician is responsible for providing maintenance and custodial services to the Museum as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
