Our Storytime Engineers Program

Our programs are STEM based and focus on design thinking, literacy comprehension, prewriting, and letter and sound recognition. 

Choose ONE 

• Educators teach in YOUR classroom.
• Educators teach in the museum’s mobile classroom (space-themed converted school bus) and teach in the bus.

Program Themes

Choose ONE theme

 TK & Preschool Programs (one hour programs)

• Three Little Pigs in Space- The classic tale is transformed to take place on the moon as we discuss homes of all kinds.
• Up, Up and Away-  Fly high as we discuss  aviation and various things that fly from  planes, to balloons, to even birds! 
• Migration- Delve into the movement of birds, butterflies and people as we talk about journeys.
• Things that Go- Get rolling as we dive into boats, cars, and all things that move.
• Rockets- Blast off into space as we explore rockets, physics, and living and working beyond our planet

Kindergarten Programs (one hour programs)

• Robots- Combine our love of literature, coding and a robot petting zoo

Our museum is offering a monthly option which we visit once a month, offering different themes in addition to the themes mentioned above. This offer is good for up to 5 different programs for 5 months.
