Moon Base San Diego, a new family-friendly activity and education center offering hands–on, interactive and immersive learning activities for explorers of all ages who want to experience a trip to the Moon, has launched at the San Diego Air & Space Museum in Balboa Park, and you're invited to join the fun!
The San Diego Air & Space Museum’s exhibit, “American Women of Flight,” honors the contributions to the world of aviation by women. Notable aviatrixes, such as Bessie Coleman, Jacqueline Cochran, Fran Bera, Sally Ride, and many others are featured.
NOW OPEN: SPACE: Our Greatest Adventure, a new educational, interactive, one-of-a-kind -- and most importantly FUN! -- special exhibition exploring mankind’s quest for the stars.
