The Guest Experience Manager supports the mission of the San Diego Air & Space Museum by providing oversight of personal interaction guest experience at the Museum including admissions, theater, simulators, retail, food-service and others as assigned. The position requires a commitment to constant quality improvement of the guest experience. The Manager supervises approximately 20 staff and interfaces with 30 volunteer docents. Responsibilities include managing, training, developing and mentoring staff and guest services volunteers and interacting with other Museum departments to ensure the best possible guest experience.
