Daniel Shuken designed the dragster with NHRA 6.00 certification. The Dragster engine is a Dart Big M block with 4.63 inch bore 4.25-inch stroke, for 472 cubic inch total displacement. The engine makes about 1650 HP at 18 lbs. boost, and close to 2000 hp at 25 lbs. of boost.
