A special “WINGS OVER SAN DIEGO” event is set for Monday, Feb. 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the San Diego Air & Space Museum in Balboa Park.
During “WINGS OVER SAN DIEGO,” families and visitors meet real pilots, construct their own planes and parachutes, explore Naval Aviation, and learn more about aviators from the natural world during this FUN, interactive event.
“WINGS OVER SAN DIEGO takes place in the Museum’s open-air Pavilion of Flight.
The cost for the “WINGS OVER SAN DIEGO” is included with general admission to the Museum, including guests who take advantage of the half-price Museum Month vouchers available beginning February 1 at Macy’s locations and more than 75 public libraries throughout San Diego County.
Preregistered groups of 10 or more youth are free along with their paid chaperones. To preregister, email education@sdasm.org.
