Due to work by the city inside the building we will be opening at 1230pm on our Resident's Free Tuesday on May 14th.
Education has always been a core value of the San Diego Air & Space Museum!
Our youngest visitors now have a new exciting space to explore a NASA style lunar modular moon base right here at our main location in Balboa Park. Every day we educate an ever-growing range of audiences regarding the advancements and innovations made through mankind’s ongoing exploration of new aviation and space technologies. Each year our commitment to education expands into new and exciting areas, and last year saw us step boldly into sometimes new, other times familiar, yet always ground-breaking arenas.
Of course this initiative would not have been possible without our generous donors, The Zable Foundation and Las Patronas.
We are grateful for their support and the good work they do in our community.
