San Diego Air & Space Museum Featured on KUSI TV

The San Diego Air & Space Museum has been featured on local independent TV station KUSI on several occasions in recent weeks.

On February 3, KUSI’s Dan Plante interviewed Museum President & CEO Jim Kidrick to talk about how the recent temporary closures have impacted the Museum and other institutions in Balboa Park and about the letter he sent to the Governor of California about being able to safely re-open. On January 14, KUSI’s Jason Austell visited the Museum’s Gillespie Field Annex in El Cajon, visiting with Jim Kidrick for multiple TV hits, including one with the “Holy One” helicopter the Museum is restoring, and another about the Beech Staggerwing the Museum received last year from Barron Hilton.
