As we reflect on an extraordinary year, we’re deeply grateful to our many generous partners who helped us expand access to our nationally recognized collection - celebrating San Diego as a vital center of air and space history, culture and innovation.

This year nearly 300,000 plus visitors, including 48,000 children, experienced the wonder of flight through our exhibits and events. More than 23,500 students participated in our cradle-to-career STEM education programs - many hosted at underserved schools at no cost to families. Together, we’ve inspired curiosity, creativity and a lifelong passion for exploration.

Yet, this year also brought new challenges: reductions in federal grant funding coupled with rising operational costs. The need, and the opportunity, has never been greater. Your year-end gift makes a meaningful difference, helping us close the year strong and step boldly into 2026. 

There are many creative ways to give beyond writing a check, such as appreciated stock, Donor Advised Funds, Qualified Charitable Distributions from IRAs, cryptocurrency, or real estate gifts. Many donors are pleasantly surprised to learn these methods may also reduce their taxes since we’re a 501c3 Charitable Organization.
