Victoria is a Partner at Calibre One, a leading executive search boutique that helps investor-backed technology companies to hire best-in-class executive talent.  She was previously a Partner at Lancer Group, a private equity advisory and executive search firm specializing in mid-market private equity backed technology companies.  Prior to her career in search, Victoria served in numerous executive roles for investor-backed technology companies and built and sold two companies. She is also heavily involved in the early-stage technology ecosystem in San Diego and sits on the board for NuFund Ventures, one of the largest Angel investment groups in the US, and served as the Chair of one of the area’s largest pitch competitions held annually at Qualcomm. Victoria was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as one of San Diego’s 40 Business Leaders Under 40. Prior to moving to San Diego, Victoria was in capital raising for several asset managers including Apollo Global Management, working with some of the world’s largest investors. Victoria graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance.
