Robert J. Gilliland, Jr., is a senior partner of Guralnick & Gilliland, LLP in Palm Desert, California. Mr. Gilliland has upwards of 30 years of experience in construction defect litigation, real estate law, homeowner association law and general business litigation. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Claremont McKenna College and his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. He is admitted to practice law in California and Colorado. Mr. Gilliland is an “AV- Preeminent Rated” attorney by Martindale_Hubbell. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and is also a Trustee of the Desert Bar Association (“DBA”). He is the immediate Past President of the DBA having been elected by the Judges and Attorneys throughout the Coachella Valley to serve as President for the 2019 term. When he is not working, Mr. Gilliland is a husband and father of two, with both children in college. When he has free time, Mr. Gilliland also enjoys snow skiing, hiking and fly-fishing.
