Martin Garrick operates Admiral Property Company, focused on the acquisition of multi-tenant industrial and retail buildings and property management. He served in the California State Assembly from 2007-2012, elected by his peers as Assembly Republican Leader in 2010, the 51st Republican Leader in the state’s 165-year history. Garrick was named Legislator of the Year by the California Business Education Association, California Independent Oil Marketers Association, and given a 100% voting score by the National Federation of Independent Business and the California Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Garrick’s grandfather, later an Army Air Corps pilot, flew with the early airlines which were formed into TWA in 1930. His father, later prominent in San Diego public and political affairs, was a Navy admiral. Born and raised in Southern California, Mr. Garrick is a graduate of California Western University, where he received a degree in business administration.
