James Petranoff has over thirty years of experience in the travel management field. He began his travel management career with American Express as an agent, while also teaching air transportation classes at Mesa and Palomar Colleges. He and his father, Chuck Petranoff, a past Museum docent, owned Laurel Travel Agency for many years. A resident of Encinitas, Mr. Petranoff is currently the casino sales manager at Barona Resort & Casino. He is a graduate of San Diego State University and a lifetime alumnus. Mr. Petranoff has demonstrated a lifetime commitment to the Museum’s mission to preserve, inspire, educate and celebrate our aviation heritage.
