Brian Cochran

Since 2006, Brian Cochran has served as CEO for Pegasus, LLC, Palos Verdes Estates, creating and developing airport terminals for fixed base operations, air cargo warehouses and passenger terminals, with a particular focus on text-exempt financing developments. Earlier, he had worked with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on real estate development projects at Newark International Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport and Miami Dade County Airport. Before that, he had initiated third-party design, financing, development and operation of aviation leaseholds for air cargo and passenger terminal development at several major airports. At one time a pilot for Braniff Airways, based in Dallas, with over 3,000 flight hours, he holds a BS degree in finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
