Mr Dumke is the founder and CEO of CloudBreak Capital, LLC; anentity focused on LBO and MBO transactions on the west coast ofthe United States in manufacturing, distribution, and services. In thiscapacity, he serves as the Chairman of Vortex Engineering, LLC, afull-service metal fabrication company and VCC Optoelectronics, apioneer in solid-state lighting and indication products. Previously, prior to their sale, Mr Dumke served on the on the boards of TCHOVentures, TMI, and other CloudBreak investments.

Prior to CloudBreak, Mr Dumke was chairman, CEO and co-founderof Avexus, a software 500 provider of SasS and enterprise softwarelifecycle management solutions to the global aerospace and defenseindustry. Avexus solutions were chosen by Boeing, GE, BBA, USN,Goodrich and other tier 1 A&D firms as core lifecycle and profitability management solutions.

Prior to Avexus, Mr. Dumke was a General Partner with PMF, aprivate investment firm specializing in acquiring, financing andbuilding companies. PMF successfully financed and sold (throughstrategic sale or an Initial Public Offering) several companies inthe software, telecommunications, and Web eCommerce markets.During his tenure, Mr. Dumke personally sourced, structured,negotiated and monitored investments in GA Express, BrainstormNetworks and Assist Cornerstone Technologies. In addition, he was jointly responsible for investments in Respond, LightOptronics andDataWorks/Epicor.

Before joining PMF, Mr. Dumke founded Wave Software, a companythat designed, programmed and successfully licensed a series offinancial applications for Windows. Prior to Wave Software, Mr.Dumke co-founded Sterling Pacific, a software company that portedUNIX typesetting tools to the desktop PC platform. Mr. Dumke has three children. He lives in La Jolla, California and enjoys skiing, golf, flying, cooking, art, and playing with his kids.
