Robert Williams served as a pilot for the U.S. Army during WWI, after which he held multiple aviation jobs and continued to serve in the Reserve in World War II as a Colonel.
Robert Pavey served in the Navy Photographic Section and did much of his work at NAS Pensacola and at the Navy’s lighter than air station at NAS Santa Ana.
The collection contains items reflecting Mr. Reedy’s career and his lifelong passion for aviation. There are papers, photographs, albums, scrapbooks, drawings and patents, reports, models and other memorabilia, from the late 1920s up through the 1980s. Included are Swallow and Stearman file
Robert V. Kerley worked in fuels and lubricants research and development. In 1945, he joined Ethyl Corporation as Director of Aeronautical Research. He was heavily involved in the autobiography of Sam Heron.
Robert Von Willer formed the Exotic Aircraft Company in El Cajon, specializing in the restoration of antique aircraft, including warbirds.
