John Ryland Graves Jr. was a USMC Sergeant during World War II, and later a Consolidated-Vultee-Convair-General Dynamics employee. He was born 10 November 1919 in Richmond, VA and died on 3 June 2017, in Fort Smith, AR.
John Sachs joined the United States Navy at age seventeen on November 2, 1937 and served on three ships, the USS Williamson (DD244), the USS Fabius (ARV(A)5), and the USS Philippine Sea (CVA47); in two aircraft squadrons, VP-14 and VC-35; and two tours of shore duty at NAS Jacksonville and NAS North Island.
John Underwood is a noted aviation historian and author with over ten books to his credit, and several aviation articles
John Vernon Lane served with an A-36 squadron in World War Two. This collection contains photos that documents his time in the service.
This collection contains photographs taken by Jorge A. Dietsch throughout the years of various aircraft.
