Hilda Jarmuth was an early aviatrix who lived from 1900 to 1976. Her collection contains a large number of travel photos from throughout the decades and includes a small travel diary from 1937.

The Hoffman-Russell Parachute Company was founded by J.M. Russell and Major Edward L. Hoffman. Both designed the first parachute at McCook Flying Field, which was adopted by the Army Air Corps.
Hollis Hills served with both the RCAF and the US Navy during World War Two.
Capt. Horace Clyde Balsley was a member of the Lafayette Escadrille and the first American whose plane was shot down during World War I, in effect, the first American pilot to be shot down in aerial combat.
