As we celebrate over 60 years of "Preserving, Inspiring, Educating, and Celebrating" all the wonders of air and space, we invite you to take part in a long- standing SDASM tradition - our 42nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament.

The tournament was renamed in 2022 to honor our longtime dear friend and Board Member Dick Lareau. Dick was the Chief Pilot of our golf tournament for years past. We honor Dick's selfless dedication and contributions to make this annual tournament a fun-raiser!

Proceeds benefit the Museum’s educational programs. Your sponsorship will create opportunities for children to excel in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

Our Mission: Launch the Next Generation of Explorers! 

Adventure doesn’t start on the couch - it begins with hands-on experiences, inspiring curiosity, creativity and ambition. Every year our STEM education programs reach thousands of San Diego students with preschool story times to high school internships. Many of these students attend Title 1 schools and live in underserved areas without access to these resources. These programs play a critical role in the Museum achieving its goal to provide “cradle to career” opportunities in STEM. With your help, these future explorers build confidence, develop teamwork skills and ignite a lifelong passion for learning.
