SDASM featured on UTTV’s “Welcome to My World”

In addition to being the Director of Education at the San Diego Air & Space Museum, Francis French is a space historian who worked at both NASA and Sally Ride Science. From a young age in Manchester, England, Francis was fascinated by space. He has written numerous magazine articles and co-authored two books: Into that Silent Sea and In the Shadow of the Moon. Both books were finalists in 2007 for the Eugene M. Emme Award given by the American Astronautical Society. UTTV recently spent a day at the San Diego Air & Space Museum with Francis for its popular series “Welcome to My World.” Check out the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Q_iwviW9pI&feature=youtu.be.
