Moon Base San Diego, a new family-friendly activity and education center offering hands–on, interactive and immersive learning activities for explorers of all ages who want to experience a trip to the Moon, has launched at the San Diego Air & Space Museum in Balboa Park, and you're invited to join the fun!
The world has long been captivated by Leonardo da Vinci’s remarkable inventions and insatiable curiosity. Now, this fascination takes flight in a groundbreaking exhibition titled Da Vinci’s First Flight, presented by the Artisans of Florence, on behalf of the Museum of Leonardo da Vinci.
The San Diego Air & Space Museum’s exhibit, “American Women of Flight,” honors the contributions to the world of aviation by women. Notable aviatrixes, such as Bessie Coleman, Jacqueline Cochran, Fran Bera, Sally Ride, and many others are featured.
