Admission to the Museum is free for Federal Employees and three family members through Feb. 21.
The Museum will be closing early on March 13 prior to our Apollo 9 event. Last tickets will be sold at 2:30, the Museum will close at 3:00.
Refunds (General Admission)
The Museum will issue a full refund for unused general admission tickets with valid proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds for Canceled Events
The Museum will contact ticket holders in the case of a canceled event and will issue full refunds.
Refunds for Rescheduled Events
The Museum will contact ticket holders with a new date and time for rescheduled events. If a ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled event, a full refund will be issued.
Use of Tickets
The Museum reserves the right to require photo identification of any person picking up or using tickets at the Museum.
The Museum prohibits resale of tickets. Persons who purchase ticket(s) to the Museum and/or to Museum events other than through the Museum’s ticket office or website should note that the Museum accepts no responsibility for the validity or such tickets.
