Victoria Lakers has spent over 15 years building departments and companies in various industries with experience across finance, sales and marketing, and operational development. She is currently President of Frank M&C, Inc which specializes in helping both owned and client businesses scale through strategic planning, financial review, sales and marketing focus, team efficiency, and improved systems and processes. She currently serves as CFO for Three Squared, Inc, the U.S. leader in cargo architecture, sits on several advisory boards, mentors young entrepreneurs, and cofounded the San Diego chapter of Changmaker Chats, a women focused educational series. Victoria previously built and sold a signage and graphics company where her team developed visual communications solutions for over 500 clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, Victoria was a Director at Water Asset Management, LLC, a $400 million asset manager, focused on capital raising and investor relations across a water focused hedge fund, private equity fund and direct investments. Victoria was also a member of the Investor Relations and Marketing team at Apollo Global Management, LLC and participated in raising over $2.5 billion for a number of strategies while overseeing investor relations for a $300 million credit fund. Prior to finance, Victoria built and managed sales for various multimillion dollar hospitality departments. Victoria graduated from McGill University with a BCOM in Marketing and Finance.
