The Blue Angels made a rare public appearance at the San Diego Air & Space Museum on Wednesday, Sept. 30, thrilling more than 150 local children and their families who attended the free event. The Blue Angels were in San Diego as the headline act for the three-day 2015 Miramar Air Show: A Salute to Veterans and Their Families from Oct. 2-4. They met with children, took photographs, and signed autographs during their appearance at the Museum.
San Diego Air & Space Museum guests are buzzing with excitement over the recently installed “Celebration of the End of World War II” exhibit. The curatorial team has put together a very nicely done presentation of many of the critical events of the war itself and of the key players involved.
